Mad Scientist Ratchet

Ratchet from Transformers Prime, which air on The Hub. There are episodes on youtube too. I can't remember the name of the episode. It's the one where Ratchet helps the kids with their science projects. Did not turn out well for the kids. I loved this scene. Ratchet looks so crazy happy.
