April O'Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I loved this cartoon when I was a kid. I always watched it and rented videos of it. I'll admit though...the only reason I watched it was to see April. Back when April was an adult, looked human (drawn to look like a real person), was attractive and wasn't a Mary Sue.
